Product Details

Stock Allocation
The following balances are held by location/totalled:

Over allocation is allowed by parameter setting for
non-serialised/batch stock when standard costing is in
use

Stock Valuation
- Standard Costing

- FIFO costing
Stock revaluation can be applied to a batch, product
or group of products. Stock can be revalued to a new
standard cost (if standard costing is in use), to a new
exchange rate for receipts in a foreign currency or by a
percentage.
Batch Tracking
- Full batch facilities are available for companies
operating ISO9000 equivalent quality systems.
- End of shelf-life reporting

- Batch references are always preserved

Serial Numbering
- Sixteen character Serial numbers with 30
character narrative for product attachment

Databases
Global 3000 Stock Control data can be held in a
Btrieve format or (to be announced soon) SQL format
database for compatibility with industry-standard office
automation and data analysis tools.
